What it does

Everyday PDF tasks often mean switching between tools. Unclasp brings document operations into one straightforward workflow.

It is built for people who need to organize, edit, or secure PDF documents.

What I built

I brought common PDF tasks together in one interface, including page organization, document editing, and protected-file workflows that require the current password.

Key features

  • Merge, split, rotate, and crop PDFs
  • Unlock protected PDFs when the current password is known
  • Extract text and images, fill supported forms, and edit metadata
  • Local browser processing for supported tools

How it’s built

The Angular 19 client uses server-side rendering. The project also includes a Flask/Python backend and browser-side PDF libraries, including pdf-lib, PDF.js, and qpdf WebAssembly for supported operations.
